Atarashii Apprentice Program is a Federally approved apprenticeship training program with approval through United States Department of Labor- Employment Training Administration.

The Atarashii Apprentice Program offers sponsor apprenticeship training in Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, Manicuring and Hairdesign.

  • Atarashii Apprentice Program Salon | Spa Training Agent Agreement
  • Labor & Industries Approved Training Agent
  • Department of Licensing Cosmetology Division Salon/Shop Data Sheet
  • Submit Monthly Apprenticeship $250 participation fees through automatic Credit Card charge
  • Submit a one-time Training Agent Enrollment Fee of $250
  • Labor & Industries EEOC Training Agent Agreement
  • Must assist apprentice in completing intake forms
  • Commit to monthly electronic filing & manual documentation of hours
  • Pay the apprentice minimum wage for hours worked
  • Scale hourly wage in accordance with Atarashii Apprentice Wage Progression Standards
  • Provide Journey level oversight of training in practical skills and On-The-Job-Training
  • Train according to the Curriculum and Language in the Pivot Point Learning Lab
  • Apprentice Eligibility Form
  • Labor & Industries Apprenticeship Agreement
  • Department of Licensing Cosmetology Division Apprentice Registration
  • Submit a one-time Apprentice Enrollment Fee of $250
  • Complete on the job training Hours(OJT Hours) in accordance with Washington Sate Department of Licensing Cosmetology Division and Washington State Department of Labor & Industries Apprenticeship Division
    • Cosmetologist 3000 Hours
    • Esthetics 2000 Hours
    • Manicurist 2000 Hours
    • Barber 2000 Hours
    • Hair design 2000 hours
  • Complete 144 Related Supplemental Instruction Hours(RSI Hours) in accordance with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries Apprenticeship Division
  • Must cooperate in a timely way in recording required documentation
